Personally i think Gary Oldman was a good vampire and he would have been my pick, Orlando bloom would make a damn good looking vampire, that's for sure :-).

Steve McQueen. Vampires are essentially the most suave of the undead, right? Well, who can come even close to the sheer coolness of Steve McQueen? No one, and don’t try bringing that Brando or James Dean crap to the table. Bonus, as vampires are undead, Steve is qualified to make an appearance.
