she wont buy it for me because i have other acne stuff...she just says "wash your face and it will be clean" i wash my face daily (or more, if its really bad) and i still have major acne around my mouth, and on my forehead...i have treid so many products but they havent worked very well!!!whta im asking is, how well does it work, and do you have any ideas on how to get my mom to buy it for me? thanks! (also, how long before you see results?)

It is a good product, for some people, but it is expensive. Your Mom probably either cannot afford to buy more products, because you have said that you already have other acne "stuff," or she does not see you using what she has already purchased for you. I cannot make your Mom spend her money on another product, you could get a babysitting job, if you are old enough; or help out with extra chores around the house in order to earn the money for it. I would suggest that you continue to use the products that you have, and you probably should be washing morning and night with the products, once per day is not enough. Good luck and have a good day.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

I wouldn't use it if I were you. Then again, I use chemicals as little as possible. If you do choose to use it, you'll be it's slave. Using it forever....
If you change nothing else, that is. I remain convinced that whatever oils you eat, good or bad, end up being secreted through your skin. It only makes sense. iIt doesn't matter if you wash the outside, if the inside is disgusting, so are you. Clean up your diet and you'll clear up your face.
Get rid of at least 50% of the processed and fast foods you eat now, drink more water and eat more fiber, and that's all it will take to see a major improvement.
Whether you believe this or not you cannot tell me that good eating = good looking.

proactiv = awesome
i used it when i was 15-16 i think and now im 17
im not even sure if i used it more than a year but after i finished using proactiv my acne went away!!
it didnt work for my sister but who knows everyone has differnt results
mine were great, now no need to use anything. I think im past the acne stage in my life

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Tell your Mom that Proactive is far and beyond anything else on the market. We tried everthing and went to proactive for our grand daughter. She is now into the program for 3 months and her skin is clear as a bell. It must be used according to all instructions. Tell Mom to let you try it for 30 days. You both will be glad. It's only 39.00.

It worked really well for me and I noticed a huge improvement after 2 weeks. I believe they have a 30 day trial offer which your mom would probably appreciate.

I did not see much difference after buying it for one year, so I stopped. I do not think it is as good as they advertise it. Just wash you face with regular soap twice a day. Good luck.

one of my friends used it evry day for lk a week and then the had horrible pelly skin for about 5 months
if you want a skincare like aveeno kicks booty
and it smooths and cleanses skin not burn it off
