I'v been offered the above phone for £125.00.
Its a bargain, But wondering if it could get BLOCKED from o2?
I have put my sim in the phone and its working.

Is there any chance the phone could be blocked later with it being a contract phone if the seller owes money on the contract or phone.

Any information would be grateful.
can i get done for buying a contract phone??

You can use any sim card in the phone; be it pay as you go or contract. o2 will not block the phone if the sellers owes money as they will bar the account (sim. card)

However if the seller reports it as stolen then then o2 can put an imei bar on the phone- this is unlockable by yourself or by a shop- this can often done for insurance claims.

And no, you cannot get done for buying a contract phone unless you know it is stolen goods.

Hope this all helps

It should work ok, if you have your sim in and it is working now it wont stop.
I dont think they will block the phone if money is owed they will just black list the contract holder
