If you are in the work field, you may want a cute suit like a pin stripe pant suit with a fitted jacket and a button down shirt underneath the jacket.

You want a knee-length skirt. If your skirt is too short, with heels like that it will look cheap and slutty. A pretty dress would be nice too. Since the shoes are solid black you have lots of options, maybe a black dress with a nice print. The shoes also have kind of a retro 1940's flair, so something inspired by that era would be cute.

During the day wear them with a Suit. A Blazer skirt set. White Blouse. Then at night you should wear it with a little red dress. You'll stand out.
