As long as you are not bleeding , and the cramping isnt severe I wouldnt worry about it.... you will have plennty of aches and pains as you progress and its very normal.

First of all how far along are u? if it feels like somethings bouncing around it could be ur baby kicking, but cramps are normal to a certain extent, as long as you're not bleeding..

If you are 7or8 weeks pregnant it's normal
the uterus is becoming bigger and it change position too that hurts sometimes ...did the gynecologist prescribe you Magnesium it helps a lot... but first go and have a check up to see if placenta is well fixed in utero sometimes it can happen that a piece of it is not fixed and it can hurt if there is such a problem ask him to prescribe you UTROGESTAN( medecine Itook here in Europe I supose there is an equivalence where you live too ) it helps to prevent contractions and loss of a baby if there is no problem if it's ok ask him to prescribe you some magnesium eat banana it helps too
good luck and be vigilant listen to your body he gives you information too but do not panic either ok
kisses

get on the phone with your doctor, ask them if it is normal. I don't remember cramps, and I have three kids, but every pregnancy is different. If they are bad enough go into the emergency room and get checked out. It is better to be safe then to be sorry that you didn't do anything

how preg are you? it could be movement if you are far enuf. usually about 12 weeks is the earliest for "real kicks" and 8 weeks is usually the eariest for "flutters" but not common.
but yes cramps during pregnacy are fairly normal. every thing is streching and pulling and getting ready to give birth.

There will be occasional cramps or sharp pains from the baby's movements, but continual cramps are not normal.
