How come pubs say everything is Clinton's fault?

Clinton boomed the economy after inheriting a recession after 12 years of pubs. TWELVE years. Give me a break man. 12 years and you end in a recession.

The terrorist who bombed the world trade center while Clinton was there are in jail.

Nothing is Clinton's fault. Clinton was an excellent president but most republicans fell for the word game where if you repeat accusations enough then ppl begin to believe them.

If you ask any republican or anti-Clinton believer to name just ONE thing that Clinton did that was bad, they can't. Or they will name something where they do not know the facts.

For example, a question I answered just tonight was about Clinton vetoeing the partial-birth abortion ban amendment. What most don't know is that he banned it because he asked the republican congress to put a stipulation saving the life of the mother. They said no. Clinton told them it would never get passed the S.Court that way.. and when Bush passed it, the S.Court declared it unconstitutional for that reason.

Or how about when they say that Clinton did not seek out or punish the terrorists that bombed the world trade center the first time. Flat false. They are now spending their lives in prison after being found, tried, and sentenced. More than we can say for Bush and B.Laden.

Honestly, there is no valid argument whatsoever for being anti-Clinton or blaming him for anything except a great economy.

Speaking of economy. Some will try to tell you that our economy crashed because of Clinton. Once again, flat false. Our economy tanked because one of the first things that Bush did when he got into office was discontinued the Pay-As-You-Go system that Clinton had used since 93 to balance, and keep balanced, the budget.

It's all propaganda and the said fact of the matter is these morons have fallen for it and truly believe the rhetoric they constantly repeat.

I have to agree that the economy was starting to come back when Clinton took office and it did great alway through his two terms. And I am again in agreement that teh terrorist was caught who bombed the trade center the first time. And Clinton was was just maybe the best we have had in last 100 years. JFK was not bad but the rest have been money spending power hungary thugs. Well Jimmy Carter was a wimp and don't fit in that group and never should have been there to start with.

But everyone has their own goals such as some people have stocks in Nukeclear power and in Exxon and you talk bad about a person thats only goal is to make money for these two groups and you will find a fight. It don't matter to most what happens to this planet long as they live good in their life time. So you bad mouth GWB you can expect the stupid people who don't know any better to come out of the woodwork and start a war.

Only one I have seen GWB do anything to was countrys that had nothing to do with the bombing. I think Iraq said something bad about GWB's daddy's shoes so GWB had to prove he was a man and kill half the country. Then spend hundreds of billions of our money on them. I say if you are going to attack them do like Israel and just let them set in it and rebuild themselfs. They did not help us pay for the damages here did they?

You are obviously not well informed about the economy, how it works, and lag times.

Billy was a very very lucky surfer who was out there when the perfect wave came by and gave him a great,.... and free ride.

He is the luckiest President of the lot. Presidents do not make good economies Democrats, although they can do certain things to set the right climate for one to take off (i.e., lower taxes).

I would not want to count on high tech booms and revenue windfalls from the rich (yes, they are the driver of tax revenue increases) to bail me out in the future. Notice, spending was never ever reduced or slowed during Clinton's term, the tax revenues outran the spending increases. That is all it was dude. You can thank the "rich" for all that. Without them, your increases in wasteful government spending and entitlement programs goes down the tubes.

Dems need to learn not to bite the hand that feeds the country. Democrats are clueless when it comes to tax policy. Why is that?

Well why didn't Clinton go after Osama when he had the chance? His own buddy Richard Clarke said that if they had gone after Bin Laden in '93(you know that first WTC attack) they may have shut down Al-Quida. Maybe then we would have had 3 more attacks. Oh and wow the ones who did it are in jail. Hey the ones who attacked the WTC under Bush are DEAD. Whoopie. So what about the same Al-Quida group that attacked the Embassies, the USS Cole, the Kandhar Towers? Oh yeah under Clinton nothing was done to them.

Don't really see much of that. While he did sluff off the first World Trade Center attack, and let Ben Laden go when he had the chance to get him. Allowing the Chinese to acquire ICBM secrets could be included. But I haven't seen the psychotic ranting that I see against President Bush. BTW: Yes, the recession did follow the Clinton Admin. This is a huge economy, it doesn't turn on a dime. Bush couldn't have started it even if he was as smart/dumb/evil/crooked as they say he is. It's just not possible.

Because they are sexually repressed and all they remember is Bill didn't fess up to the intern fiasco.Its over ,we in the real world have moved on .When is Bush ever going to admit how much he has lied to the American people now that's currant ,that happens everyday as our young people die in a useless war.
