Well of course anything you don't like sucks! Technically no music sucks because eveyone has they're own taste and style and I don't see how pointing out what you don't like help anyone because they're not going to stop because of you. No but seriously, why is hip hop and rap always a topic for those who don't like it, leave it alone if you can't take it, no one forces you to listen to it. I'm not saying you don't like all hop hop or rap but .......whatever! Your question does NOT have a right answer to it!! How many times have you seen someone posting a question about why country music sucks?.........it's just a waste of time and who's gonna have the right answer?

it doesn't suck! its about where you're from....if you're from the north than you would love northern music. Its the same thing with the south,if you were from the south then you would understand it a little more. Just a little fact....southern hip-hop is currently dominating hip hop at the current moment!!

D'oh! Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it sucks. I hate country music with a passion but I wouldn't say it sucks. Its all about personal preference. Also, as someone else said its dominating the charts right now so obviously a LOT of people happen to like it.

Because all they do is say the same damn thing over and over again. Lil Jons' music is good example of this. It's made up mainly of crappy lyrics with a tight beat. With a good beat you can make almost anything sound OK.
Don't get me wrong though, there are a lot of bad azz rappers from the dirty south. Like Luda. He doesn't depend on a good beat and the adoration of a bunch of starry eyed 13 year old girls to cover up a lack of talent. Because he actually has talent.
