Assuming he worked 40 hours a week, then
270/40 = 6.75
297 - 270 = 27
27/6.75 = 4
Assuming he worked 8 hours on Saturday, then he made
6.75(8) = 54

How many hours did he work this week? I guess you could "assume" 40, but do we know that to be a fact? Without that information, you can't answer the question. And again, how many hours did he work on Saturday? Was Saturday overtime?
WAY too many unknowns here.
