No one person could have visited all of the Wonders of the Ancient World, because of the dates they were built and the dates they were destroyed. The only possible one that any one person could have seen with another, would be the Great Pyrmid of Giza, seeing it was built in 2500 BC and it is still standing.
1 - Great Pyramid of Giza, built 2500 BC, still standing
2 - Hanging Garden of Babylon, built 600 BC, destroyed by an earthquake after the 1st century BC
3 - Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, built 550 BC, destroyed by fire 356 BC
4 - Statue of Zeus at Olympia, built 435 BC, destroyed by fire between the 5th and 6th centuries
5 - Mausoleum of Maussollos at Halicarnassus, built 351 BC, destroyed by an earthquake by 1494 AD
6 - Colossus of Rhodes, built 292 - 280 BC, destroyed by an earthquake 224 BC
7 - Lighthouse of Alexandria, built 3rd century BC, destroyed by an earthquake between 1303 and 1480 AD
One person could visit all the Wonders of the Modern World which are; Channel Tunnel, CN Tower, Empire State Building, Golden Gate Bridge, Itaipu Dam, Delta Works, and the Panama Canal.
Or they could visit all the Tourist Wonders of the World; Great Pyramid of Giza, Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal, Serengeti Migration, Galapagos, Grand Canyon, Mach Picchu.
Or all the Natural Wonders of the World; Grand Canyon, Great Barrier Reef, Harbour of Rio de Janeiro, Mount Everest, North Lights, Paricutin Volcano, Victoria Falls.
Needless to say a person would need allot of money and free time.
Hopes this answers your question.

No, Herodotus, the "Father of History" is given credit as the first to compose such a list. His list did not have at least 3 of the Wonders since they weren't built until after his death. He was from Halicarnassus, the site of the Mausoleum which was built about 300 yrs after he died.
The Hanging Gardens of Babylon were built around 600 BCE and lasted only about 200 yrs after an earthquake and neglect tumbled it down. The Colossus of Rhodes was built after the fall of the first Temple of Artemis which was burned down in 356 BCE. The second temple took its place. Which was the Wonder? It was said that the second was the most beautiful of all the ancient places because of its construction of white marble.

Certainly, the ancient Greeks wrote about them in what we call today a "travel guide." It is possible for the rich Greek citizens (most particulary Athenians) to have visited all of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Sure--they were catalogued by a Greek man who had visited them all. That's how they became known as the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
