Yep -
It won't hurt your ears to get them wet or get shampoo on them. It's just soap, clean your ears with the solution you got when you got them done and turn your earrings when you get out of the shower to flush out whatever might have gotten in the piercings

Of course. Just clean it regualrly on a daily basis. I'd say about 2-4 times a day would be good. Just to make sure it doesn't get infected.

Some Vaseline will waterproof your lobes. Careful not to get it in your hair, though.
