It is more noticeable when i have an erection. It feels a bit gristle like. I have had it for a few months. It has not got any bigger or smaller and causes me no pain. Should I be worried? Obviously I am uncircumsiced.

Probably a small cyst. Leave it alone and it probably will go away by itself. If not, see a doctor.

im guessing the little lump under ur forrey is a foreign object from ur missuses/boy friends cadburys cavern check for peanuts, sweetcorn or plain poo nugs! ive heard the only successful way of combating this rare intrusion is to circumcise or slice the bell so it's hanging remove the crouton and sew it back up!! good luck

Could be an enlarged Tyson's gland (secretes lubricating fuids) or a harmless cyst. On the off chance it's not (you aren't running nekkid in the sun are you?:)) You should see a foreskin friendly doc who won't advise lopping it off. Good luck!

Its your willie.

No, it must be very disconcerting. Ask your doctor, he (or she) won't mind because they've seen so many that they won't be frightened of it.
