You can pop the blister and put a cool compress on it. Also put Aloe on it to stop the pain. It will be red and irritated for a while there is no getting rid of it within 24 hours for it to be OK before you go to school tomorrow, however if you are self conscious of this you can always put a band aid or bandage over it.

First of all, when you break a blister, you open a wound to infection that it was protected from! DONT DO IT! The best remedy is to apply a liquid bandage over it so that it seals the blister and keeps it from popping at school, and alleviates the big bulky band aid on your hand. The liquid band aid also has an antibiotic in it as an added bonus!

Most people will tell you NOT to pop it, but in this case it may be best. Popping it is not what causes scarring and re-infection, improper aftercare is what causes that. Same with popping pimples. Use a thin, sterilized needle, pop from the side and not from the top, and then use some salt water to wash it in (if you can't do that use a cotton ball to apply it). Sea salt is definitely best. and then dry, and apply some aloe vera gel, which works great. Whatever you do don't apply anything at all that is scented.

Well Wild Child I'm afraid it's going to be noticeable if it's just now blistered.

It needs to heal, not "go away quickly". So you don't get an infection, you need anti-burn and an anti-biotic ointment an bandage it.
And don't be so danged vain!

Pop it and keep a cool washcloth on it between now and school tomorrow.

make sure you get pure aloe....I mean from the plant...that will heal it quick...along with vitamin e in the capsule just break that capsule open and rub it on the burn it won't take long for that burn to go away!

pop the blister and put neosporin on it, and don't cover it with a band aid, let it breath to heal quicker
