I want to know if it has Flash or a program like Flash where I can make little animations. My computer is a Dell, if that helps anything. What are some common names for a program like this?

go to start>control panel>click on add/remove programs...Scroll down the list and see if you have Adobe flash installed

It's not likely that any program such as that came with your Dell. It is separate software that you will need to purchase...Macromedia Flash MX or Pro is probably the most known, but there are others. The software can range to mildly expensive to really expensive..just depends on your budget.

No they do not have flash installed by default, you can google the prompt "free flash animation programs" without the quotes, and you will find what you need. Good Luck

Macromedia has a flash animation program. Also Microangelo. Look up gif animation software on google.com, and you should find several programs.

Adobe Animation program is easy just cut and paste....you should try it.
