Charm comes from carisma of a person. Some people are very sunny when they enter the room. Charm is often natural like in Keanu, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt. Charm is sth you notice in the beginning of knowing the person. Sexiness comes much later when you know a person well and there is also attraction happening.

Sexy=alluring, understatedly hot, emanating sexuality without meaning to (or putting on the facade of it...at which point, it's not so sexy, least not to me.)
Charming=friendly, cute, nice, funny, sophisticated, smooth.

being sexy is bein sexually attractive and being charming is just being attractive. Its more personality wise thatn being sexy.
