Even if you do have flabby skin, it's still better for your health than being overweight.

Lose that big butt, girl!!!

Not necessarily. About 6 or 7 years ago I lost about 50 to 60 pounds and I didn't have loose, flabby skin. It hink it just depends on how heavy you are.

That depends on how quickly they lose it. If they reduce at no more than one pound per week, the skin has a chance to re-absorb and firm up. When that weight was put on the skin expanded, literally growing larger to accommodate the greater volume of fat that had to be held in. It takes time for skin to grow and it takes time for it to resume its former size and density. So keep the weight loss slow (which means you have a much higher likelihood of keeping it off) and help out by doing few exercises while you are losing, just to keep muscle tone elevated.
Congratulations to 'someone' for thinking ahead, and doing this properly!

Just depends on if the weight is lost quick and not able to be turned into muscle in that process then what will occur is flabby skin. But if there's an equal amount of weight loss + exercise then that skin will go away as you lose the weight. :-)

I lost more than that before and my skin was fine. I guess it depends on the person or how much you weighed in the first place.
