I have well travelled ;-)
I am originally from Ontario, but I have lived in Kentucky, New Jersey, and currently Ohio. I will be moving to Florida in the next couple of weeks.
I have visited Tennessee, Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan, New York, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Maryland, Florida.
States that I just passed through by car or plane are Georgia, Pensylvania, Virgina, North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois (Airport), Iowa, Minnisota, Texsas (Airport), California (Airport).
I am starting to wonder if moving to Tampa is a good decision.
The traffic worries me a bit. I guess I'll find out when I get there.

I have passed thru or visited Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, New Mexico Arizona, Oregon, Washington,and of course where I live California

I have lived in Indiana and Florida. I have visited Maine, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Ilinois, Ohio, California, New Orleans, Michigan, Minnesota, Georgia and Kentucky. I have passed through Tennessee, Vermont, New Hampshire, Conneticut, New York, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Massachuttets. I think that's it.

Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. (and British Columbia if that counts)

passed through aleast 45 states and lived (meaning had a residence and worked there) aleast 5 but I have also lived in another country

I have lived in oregon all my life. I have visited washington and california. I went on a mission in Mexico and it was a totally awesome experience that i will never forget!!!!!
