``Mother Nature' provided a perfect solution to forwarding the human race! That is what fuels the fire! But, once you've achieved the PURPOSE of that; and married and had the child/children, well, you've reached the end product of that particular goal! But what you have left is wonderful: a family. They are there with you and vice versa. And as you get older, there is something infinitely comforting to have a warm, close relationship, with each being totally in tune with one another, and this tailored `fit' sees you through the rough times, as well as the good times!
I see a lot of very lonely people out there: they didn't travel this road; and have ended up alone, with no one to `grow old with' - such a pity! Leave the beginning of the runway to life to the ones who it was intended for! We all have a turn, and it's now the youth of the world's turn!

Doesn't always happen, but I'd imagine it goes something like this? the lust dies down, nobody knows how to bring it back, but two people really care about each other and really enjoy each other's company, so after a while, nobody cares. But the older you get, the less the body is able, if you know what I mean, and it becomes more about companionship. When I'm old and gray and my husband and I just don't want to have sex anymore, I'd like to be able to talk to him, to have him as a companion, someone I enjoy being with, simply to be with him. Right now, sex is very important to me, but it's the end all be all of our relationship.

Because some married people forget the main thing about the person they married. That is: that their SPECIAL AND THEY CHOSE them because of that. Instead of looking across the table and remembering who they fell in love with, they look and see someone they used to feel that way about.

The trick is to always remember how you felt when you first got together and why you felt that way. When you wake up everyday, think about the one you love and how much more you love them that day than the day before. Leave love notes, call them, remind them they are special to you, etc. If you do this, you will NEVER take them for granted!

maybe because they married for the wrong reasons or the love wasn't even there to begin with. Regardless of weight, looks, sex, etc. it's all about the foundation that was there from the start. if you choose right then the love will last forever. if not then your doomed after the honeymoon.

Because sex isnt everything in a marriage- it helps if its good, certainly, but friendship and LIKING the other person is half the battle. Your partner should be your best friend.
