There are well over a million Pre-64 model 94s floating around out there and scores of model variations as well as factory "custom" guns. They range in value from a couple of hundred to many thousands of dollars. Collector interest is strong and there are many collectors who specialize in those rifles. Entire books have been written about just the model 94, its features and modifications over the years.
It would be impossible to accurately appraise your rifle without a hands-on examination. The more common specimens in nice shape often go for four or five hundred dollars, but the rarities go for much more. You need to find a collector, appraiser or dealer who specializes in Winchesters. Try to get more than one opinion.
Your best bet might be to take it to a gun show, carry it around the hall, show it to some dealers, and see if they start to salivate...

The Winchester 94 in 30-30 is a common gun. To the best of my knbowledge there really isn't much demand for this common gun.
It is probably worth in the vicinity of $300 at best.
