body is bright orange with white covering the abdomen black spots on white and 4 black spots on each leg WHAT IS IT?

i looked at pictures of an orb spider itis a female marble orb weaver ty for the quick response i was worried about it because of the kids

How big is it? Did it make a web that you can see?
It almost sounds like an Orb Builder. They make nice-sized webs in bushes and shrubs. They can also get kind of big too. Their webs are very typical looking - nicely organized threads.
If it is an Orb Builder, it is completely harmless. Unless you are a fly or a grasshopper. However, I wouldn't recommend sticking your hand in its web. You could still get bit, of course.
