Bought some tickets to see Pink for my girls, cost me £90. that was four months ago, every time I log on it says tickets are being printed and don't phone until 2 days before the event, should I kiss my 90 squids goodbye??

I got tickets from them once to see Nick Cave. They never arrived but I had the email they sent when I paid online and the registration number.
They kept saying..Wait until a week before...they may still arrive...then they told me to phone 2 days before.
When I phoned them, they didn't have time to post out replacements so my name was taken and I picked them up from the ticket office on the night.

You'll still get to see the concert but you'll have to leave a bit earlier as the queue at the ticket office is normally very long.

Hope you all enjoy the concert.

Absolutely no doubt about it. Ticketmaster IS a rip off!

Ticketmaster is a rip.

First off all, they never have the cheapest price. I remmeber once when I wanted to buy tickets for the circus for my younger brother and I- they wanted to charge me 70 dollars a ticket!)

Second of all, they are two slow. You will probably get the tickets same day as the event. I suggest next time going to the box office.

Dude, you'll get your tickets all right, but don't let that take away from the fact that Ticketmaster is a freaking ripoff!!! Charging an extra $9.00 per ticket, (that you won't get back even if the show gets cancelled) should be a crime. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly, so what can you do?

They do not send out tickets until 7 days before hand, this is due to the fact that so many people loose there tickets before hand.

If you have not received them by 5 days to go, call them and confirm your booking number.

You have not lost 90 quid, as if they do not turn up, your card is insured and they shall have to refund your card.

No, it's fine, your tickets will not arrive until a few days before the event - it's to stop "ticket touting" - I always get my tickets from there, and they ALWAYS arrive

No, you should just reserve tickets and get them at the box office.

Yes, if you have a problem you cannot get through to them via telephone, or email. And do not buy gift cards from them.

Yes it is, and the online service makes mistakes that cost people money, based on personal experience
