I read that Cena would join. But than I also heard they talked with China and Road Dogg about coming back. Yes Road Dogg is with TNA but money talks and Vince has plenty to buy out contract. So I guess to answer your question I would say CENA and my sleeper pick is Rick Flair.

^^ I also read that kane would be the new member. I doubt the faction will get any bigger though. I think that they are going to end up breaking up sooner or later. The only reason why they would get another member is because HBK is leaving for a while for his knee surgery...

i doubt there will be a reunion because the other members are under contract with TNA. And they have something against the WWE and specifically Triple H. And if they found someone knew, that would be stupid.
