I'm starting to nod off.
Loved the Monkeys, and have been converted to loving Muse after their performance last night, but can't understand why Pearl Jam are still so popular. What do you think, and who have you enjoyed at Reading and Leeds this year?

Saw PJ at Dublin on Wednesday.

Pearl Jam fans are dedicated to the band, and now all the a and b side songs by heart etc. Pearl Jam know this, and play to their audience. They know which side their bread is buttered on, and keep the fans happy while still playing around with what they want to.

If they were still playing stuff like Ten or Vs now they would have vanished long ago, but through their sheer grit determination, and good marketing, they have carved an indefinite niche for themselves.

Thats how they're still so popular.
