Because it isn't in any way profitable to the government. Hence there isn't any attempt being devised by the propagana to make the American people uspset. Most American people are cast so deeply in the depths of apothy that they would never look into these horrors on their own. As long as the lights are still on, the gas is still available, and they still get a pay check at the end of the week most Americans will only venture as far as what is presented to them.

Because there is nothing for us to gain in Darfur. The is no profit, no oil... nothing. I'm not sounding mean, it's the truth. Look at all our past wars and global conflicts...and ask yourself...why was America involved? Or a better question, what would America gain from actively participating in this situation?

Because America as a whole is stretched very thin. I saw some statistics the other day. United Nations blah blah blah and something about the fact that OKay this is random but lets say Egypt for example votes against the U.S 76% of the time and so forth and so on, yet we give them x amount of dollars? It is really bad. Almost every country we help votes against us. I say fight till the death, if it came down to it and I had to fight that is what I would do and God help the person in front of my happy trigger finger!

We cannot be there for everyone. America operates in the deficit now. Some other nations are going to have to step up to the plate.

unfortunately, it's the lack of media attention, and the failure of our leaders in our society, and the important ppl in our cultures to speak out.

i.e., we are sheep, we need to be led to outrage.

because we have enough to worry about. we need to stop worrying so d@mn much about other countries problems any ways let those idiots handle it themselves.
