it's possible as sterilisation is not 100%, you would need a pregnancy test to be sure.

Have you taken a pregnancy test? It is a possibilty but there are a lot of question to ask you. But here is 4:
1. Have you been trying to have children?
2. Have you been diagnosed as being infertile?
3. When was you last menstrual cycle?
4. Have your menstrual cycle always been regular?
I'm asking these question because I went through the same thing for 6 years.
I was diagnosed with PCOS (Poly-Cystic Ovary Syndrome) 3 years ago which causes extra weight gain, insulin resistance, high levels of testosterone and more. My gynecologist placed me on Clomid (fertility drug) and Metformin (Diabetes medicine) to increase chances of pregnancy, lose weight and regulate my menstrual cycle. It helped! I missed carried in Feb. 2004 and got pregnant again in July 2004. Now I have a beautiful little boy and I turned 30 on the 11th of this month. My aunt is the same age as you and has the same condition as I so talk extensively with your doctor about this.

being sterilized means you cannot have children it is a permanent method of contraception and there is no chance of reversal it is probably your emotions playing up you may need counseilling to help you through this. sometimes however sterrilization can go wrong so you might be pregnant but have a test first.
But do not get your hopes to high as sterization is permanant and you cannot get preggy and unfortuantely what you are suffering is emotional and this is a side effect of a sterilisation. why did you have a sterilisation when you haven't had any kids ?before?

Yes anything is possible my friend got pregnant after being streallized. Go to a gp and find out. Good luck

menapause! hun early sterizaton can do that to women.
theres a slim chance that your preg. my uncles second wife got preg after 12 years of having her tubes cut burnt and tyed. (it was twins and she lost them at 3 months because of her age)

When i get bad constipation my stomach goes rock hard and sometimes my period is delayed cos if this. Could it be this?

well, you might have some internal problem but would advise you don't ask us gonks to figure it out for you. you are 39, you should have enough sense to know this by now!
