On the Time Warner cable channel listing, it has KEYE as the CBS affiliate. At the time I answered this question, they had a link up for a live web-cast of the Comair Plane Crash News Conference. It broadcasts from Austin, though.

You may need to go to radio for local Gonzales news.
The second link below is to an AM station broadcasting from Gonzales. They play Country, Polka and Oldies, but have newscasts, I'd bet on the hour. They have a link for "Click Here to LISTEN TO KCTI." - This site requires WinAmp, but it's free.
KQQT 106.3 FM - This station broadcasts in Spanish from Gonzales. They don't have their own website, but you can hear the station at web-radio.fm - It's page wouldn't come up for me when I tried it.
