My best friend of almost 3 yrs now we talk about any and everything. I wanted to know if I should write to her to tell her how much I value this friendship I have with her. Would that be weird to do that??!! I've been dying to do this for awhile now?? yes?? or no??

No it isn't weird at all , especially that yr friends knows u very well she won't mistake yr feelings for something else. I would feel so flattered if my friend did that to me. I think she'll be happy to know that u appreciate her so much.
I think it's even better to write down yr feelings to her than telling her 'cause that might be awkward & u might not say it the way u want. And even if u do so she might not be able to remember what u said word by word. But if u write it in a letter she'll know & she'll go over it when u r not with & it'll encourage her a lot.
But when u do it it's best that u don't expect anything in return, cause u might be dissappointed if she didn't reply the way u wanted it.

if you really value your friendship go write her and tell her everything you wanted to tell her it's not weird since you two are best Friend there's nothing wrong in writing her what's wrong is if you lost communication with her!

definetly, i have letters, cards and notes.. written to me by mine that are now over 23 years old, we like getting them out sometimes and laughing at them..maybe one day you will do the same if the friendship lasts
