We just started noticing small worms around is exit-way.

The puppy needs to go to the vet - no doubt he needs his vaccinations as well as to be wormed. You can also get him an injection to protect him against fleas and ticks - ticks especially are really disgusting little things, quite difficult to deal with yourself, so you don't want him to get any.
Secondly if you post questions like this in the Pets section under "Dogs" you will get many more useful answers and no-one will yell at you!

The dog needs to see a vet. The puppy probably has round worms. Do not allow the puppy to suffer longer than it has to. The vet will give you what you need to get rid of the worms with full instructions.

You need to get medication from your vet, to make sure you get the correct medication and dosage for such a little guy. You need to do this soon. Parasites are more dangerous in young animal.
