if you're having an orgasm you are climaxing... I don't think you can have one without the other at the same time since they're both the same thing.

Actually there is a distinction, if you can keep an orgasm going for a period of time, by definition the climax is essentially the most intense part of the orgasm.

If by climax you mean come, or release - I can't truly help you - I'm not female. But: go slow, learn to feel when your getting close & back off - repeat - you'll eventally get the idea.

I agree with Dr. Loene, try the "start/stop" method or at least slow down when you feel it coming on. Then speed back up to increase the intensity again. Keep repeating the cycle until you're ready to blow. Shifting into high gear at the very end will produce one helluva climax.

It's basically the same thing but I think I know what u are talking bout....that really great rush that u feel before u just let it all out and scream like a banshee...that what your talking about?? Anyway..I learned a long time ago that it is all in ur head. If ur mind is feeling the orgasm then ur body is going to be feeling it too. Just use ur mind....sex isn't all phsyical!

You can't spell orgasm, you don't know that an orgasm and climax are the same thing...... Hmmm....
Maybe you shouldn't be having sex if you don't know anything about it.
