When the draft comes, should republicans be put on top of the list?

All war hungry cons should be the second to get draft notice, the first to get notice, all the kids of the GOD DAMM POLITICIANS of the ruling party followed by the opposition party!
Either side has a piss poor history of putting their words before their action.
IF WE THE PEOPLE insisted that their kids were drafted first, I'm sure that the reasons for going to war would actually be of real value, and not "just cause".

I am not sure about the political placing, but I do believe that if the draft comes down again that all those under 50 be exempt from the draft. All politicians should all be an automatic shoe in. If this were to happen, I will guarantee you that there would absolutely be no wars. They aren't going to take the risk that they might get hurt or killed and not be around to manage all their masses of money that most of them received either illegally or under the table kick backs. They sure as hell didn't bother wasting any time getting us into Nam. Over 50k dead and it wasn't even a war. OK. I'm done

I think what they should do is put all the people of age onto the list, but not their financial status or who their families are. EVERYONE should be considered - no favoritism for the kids of the rich or political families. I think that passing a law like that would make others think twice about instilling a draft.

It would be nice to do it that way, payback always feels great. But we should have a draft where there is NO favoritism. As much as they MAY deserve it.
