Out of curiousity, I looked at eBay for a Master Chief costume, and all I could really find was each individual piece, all between $15 and $163 each.

If you want to make your own, though, there is one website I found that has a tutorial, tips, and pictures of the finished product. It's actually pretty impressive, if you ask me. From the link in the source area, just click on "tutorial available" at the top of the page.

Also, one other website (the second listed) gives a little bit of information on the type of materials you may want to use. It doesn't have a lot to go on as far as a tutorial, but the finished product looks decent, regardless.

Good luck with your costume!

the best you could probably do would be to just get alot of pictures off the internet
xbox.com has like 200 in game photos of halo 2
other than that your best bet is to make as much of the costume out of wood as you can

If you can find moldy sandwiches on Ebay, I'm sure you can find a good costume.
