I believe Cingular callers can call other Cingular (and AT&T) callers without charge. Call customer service to be sure.

I have Sprint and for $5.00 extra a month all my calls anywhere,anytime are free to other Sprint users.signed up as I am.No charges except the 5 bucks extra monthy.Its great
