Well, I'm 67, and yes, we do go through some form of change. Our hormones just aren't what they use to be either so just relax and go with the flow..

Man-o-pause? load-o-crap!
Men are conditioned to be prideful in spite of themselves... So when we can't handle the fact that we get old and deteriorate, we become anti-social, grouchy, insecure, and begin asking bullshit questions about non-existent syndromes like man-o-pause or 'the change' so we can justify being human by saying "it's a disease! Pamper me!"

It's not the change, but it's not uncommon.
Coming to terms with aging is challenging. Physical, mental, psychological aging happens and it's hard for many guys to accept.
