I'm hooked on Mary Kay. It's not just for old ladies anymore. Check out the website (www.marykay.com) for international sales. Philosophy (www.philosophy.com) is a very close second best for me. Both have a full line of skin care, make up and frangrances. Also, both improve your skin and make wearing make-up truly optional.

Also, I don't use tap water. I wash my face morning and nite with spring water. I've seen a dramatice difference. Tap water contains too many harsh chems.

Definitely Clarins. It may cost a bit more than £20.00, but it is worth every penny. Make sure you go to the Clarins counter in one of the department stores, because they will be able to recommend the Clarins products that are best for your skin-type. They can also suggest any corrective cosmetics you may require.

You have made a smart choice to invest in a quality range of skin-care products at your age, because they can keep you looking young and pretty. Happy birthday for Tuesday!!!

I personally use Lancombe products have done since I was around 27, they are more expensive than £20 though.

However I've been told that Simple products are one of the best ranges are they are under £20.

Aveeno products! They're really really good. Try Aveeno Positively Radiant Cleanser Pads & Skin Brightening Treatment.

Have you ever heard of a shop called "the body shop" Their products are not tested on animals and made with natural products, and if you go there - i swear there are hundreds of products that can rejuvenate and revitalize your skin! There's so many flavors (well not edible flavors) to choose from!

If it's your birthday splash out and treat yourself to something special!

I cannot recommend Peter Thomas Roth line strongly enough. This is professional grade skincare! It isn't cheap but it's really worth it. They carry a small selection in Space NK. Their line of oil free hydrating lotions just knock the competion for 6. It's not used by Sharon Stone for nothing!

The Chanel precision range is really good, and smells lovely, it doesnt dry out skin and since mine is very sensitive it must be ok for that too, items vary in price, but most are under £20. If you do try it I really recomend the purete ideale blemish control gel, its £17 in boots, but a tube lasts for yonks and it's ace stuff! tfn ;o)

Hello,
I am the same age as you and I would recommend Estee Lauder, they are slightly over 20 pounds but they are worth it!
Do not use Clinique...Their toners are bad for the skin..full of alcohol
