Use a good under eye cream and mix it with a yellow based cover up in your palm. Dab it lightly under your eyes. It will make the dark circles appear lighter. I assume that you are getting a sufficient number of hours of sleep, which prevents both symptoms in most people. If not, increase your hours of sleep by 15 minutes per night until both symptoms disappear. I have the discoloration from allergies, so have become adept at covering them.
