Use a good under eye cream and mix it with a yellow based cover up in your palm. Dab it lightly under your eyes. It will make the dark circles appear lighter. I assume that you are getting a sufficient number of hours of sleep, which prevents both symptoms in most people. If not, increase your hours of sleep by 15 minutes per night until both symptoms disappear. I have the discoloration from allergies, so have become adept at covering them.

A good quick fix is a dab of Preparation H cream under the eye making sure to get none in. Sounds wierd but it works quickly.

For the dark circles, they make these green pencils that make the dark disappear, way more effectively than using just concealer. You can find them at any drug store.
