if u live in usa
this is not good price
as hp has best coputer with AMD X2 4200+
for less than that
price is 799 at compusa
and i am sure processor u told us not x2
it is single amd 64
that mean u are paying too much
good suggestion
wait few days more
every big retailer gonna have labor day sale
bestbybuy,compusa,circuitcity will have sale
next sunday get up early and buy one newspaper which will have all the advertisement
check which store is offering less price for AMD x2 computer
with 17" screen
go there before they open store doors

I think its a great price for a name I have never heard of. Does it have Windows XP Pro, Home, or media center?
I would have opted out the couple hundred more bucks to double the RAM, but thats me....
I would have also gotten it with a TV Tuner and media center remote, but once again, thats just me......

it's about average but if you looked you could find better.
I found a similarly configured one at for 700
