There is no definite answer to this question. There are brilliant surgeons in every country around the world. It's up to you to do your research and pick a surgeon who has all the right credentials, a proven track record, is highly skilled and experienced in their chosen field of cosmetic surgery and who you personally feel at ease with. For skin resurfacing, I would find either a cosmetic surgeon specialising in this area or a Dermatologist. HTH.

There is no one country with the best of anything. You got your good and bad in every city, state, country, or nation. What's wrong with the plastic surgeons here in the U.S., in your own town?

I say Argentina. There are no better estheticians practicing than in Buenos Aires. There is centralized healthcare, and even welfare moms can get liposuction, so every plastic surgeon has PLENTY of experience!

Either Brazil or Agentina. It's a huge industry down there.

Brazil is the best place so far and not pricey
