i think its better than the three movies put together.who likes vampires period.

I only saw the first two movies, not the third one. I don't think they can be compared to the tv show. Of course this actor isn't Snipes (who owned the role) but I think he is a decent actor. He brings something different to the role and the stories are great! I love the arc and how it isn't a one-trick pony ie. just find and kill vampires every week - that would get old very fast. It's very intelligently written, not boring at all and very good fight scenes.

i like blade the series, but i think the movies are better because wesly snipes is able to put that feeling into it and give it alot of power

I watched 7 minutes of the series before gtting bored. Next time I tried, I got bored before the credits finsihed.

I like the movies, but had no idea there was a series. That's what I get for shunning cable TV. :)

They picked a really bad actor. The series is good though.
