I believe it's a very good one!
And... for your flight trip... you could use:
AirCanada: Non Stop - Economic: $499 + $238 (taxes) (~7h30)
British Airways: N. St. - Economic: $526 + $232 (taxes) (~7h20)
It's not inexpensive... but the most cheap... is from BMI and it has a total cost of less $6 than AirCanada ($499 + $232)
