Ah but it depends if you traverse the annals of the WWE history, from what I read the WWE recognizes the longest Women's champion to be the Fabulous Mulah although it doesn't recognize the title before 1983 when it was NWA and WWE together she did hold it for the longest length of time. Extending the periods before and after she sold the title rights to the then WWF she held it unofficially for "Moolah claims the longest championship reign in professional sports history, holding the title for twenty-eight years, though this claim is disputed. However, WWE does not recognize any of these title changes, as the title was under the umbrella of the National Wrestling Alliance during that time. It's also doubtful she defended the title every 30 days per standard championship rules." So it's tough to say as far as that.

In it's current incarnation the longest is Trish Stratus at 448 days in her longest reign and with six reigns being the most of any woman's champion. Chyna was the only one to be a woman's champion and remain undefeated, but she left WWE after contract disputes.

Long answer short, Trish is the longest modern champion and holds the most titles, but if you want the queen of the ring, Fabulous Mulah holds the crown.

I think you gotta say either Lita or Chynna. Lita was the first female wrestler that was willing to take risks with her high flying fighting style. Really awesome to watch. And Chynna was so strong she went undefeated and had the intercontinental belt too.
How many of the other female wrestlers could actually lift their opponent in the air like Chynna did?

Trish has been champion more times than any other woman and she was a pretty good wrestler. Fabulous Moolah had the title for the longest. Like 18 years. (That doesn't say much about how strong women's wrestling was back in the days.)
