Is it possible to feel pregnancy symptoms right after conceiving?

I personally didnt feel them until like two weeks after, i knew something was up. But although rare I have heard of people knowing the moment that it happens because they feel it. That just means they are extreamly in tune with their body. Just wait and see for now is all you can do. Wait a week or so and then you can go to the doc. to get a blood test done.

It takes atleast 4 weeks before you feel the first signs. Sometimes the symptoms might be the same as a pregnant woman feels but its just symptoms of another period following. Nausea and morning-sickness can also happen to women who aren't pregnant and expecting their next period to follow.

Keep a body temperature table. Check your body temperature every three hours women who have conceived maintain a body temperature of 98 - 99 degrees celsius.

I did. No lie. When we conceived our middle child, I felt this weird twinge in my belly. Then the very next day I was nauseated, and it lasted for 2 weeks. I took a home test and it was postive about 3 days before my period was due. I had already been sick for 2 weeks.

The other two times I had no clue until I was late and saw the pos test.
