humm...my hi5 stoped working when ever i try to enter the site it says "Network Error (tcp_error)

For assistance, contact Customer Support." and i i think this will happen forever only if yall guys help me thank you.

Be Patient Sara. There is nothing you can do to speed up the resolution of that websites network error. As it stated in the error message, it may just be handling a volume that supersedes it's network capacity. Wait for a slower period, perhaps after 9PM or early in the morning and try again if you continue to get through to the website. If it is still not responding after tomorrow, try the customer support link.

As a last ditch you could try resetting your winsock by doing the following
1. Start > Run > type cmd and hit enter
2. type in the following without quotes "netsh winsock reset catalog"
3. type exit to leave the cmd screen.
The error you are seeing results sometimes from a messed up LSP in your winsock catalog. This sometimes happens with spyware/malware.
