I assume you drank the water from INSIDE the bed.
If so then you drank some very stale water, and that's a little weird. The water bed is sealed so anything done on top won't get inside it, but drinking it is still a little weird.
Stale water shouldn't hurt you, much. The water could have been contaminated, after all the bed is not meant to hold drinkable (potable) water. Did you put in any additives to keep it clean or to stop it from leaking, did the company? In that case you could have ingested poison.
Next time don't drink the water from your water bed, and for Pete's sake don't lick the top or bottom of it.

Was the water bed filled with water? If you'd filled with a cool beverage recently then that seems more like a party trick then a perverted act. If it was just stale water what's wrong with tap water? The only slightly perverted thing would be if you sucked the water out of the water bed then had to face the question of whether to spit or swallow.
