It may not be what you take but what you do.
Have absolutely no caffeine 6 hours before bed. Also try not to watch tv or read intense stories right before bed as this can make your mind wander.
These are all not related to menopause I think you've noticed, but it may help you.
So if everything with that is alright you may want to see a psychologist or psychiatrist (psychiatrist will probably be able to prescribe you a sleep aid). I realize it may not be a mental thing but there may be a mental thing contributing to it.
The psychriatrist/cologist will also help you to determine the root of these night sweats which may be emotional or past experiences and you can fix it.
Good luck!

I suggest all-natural Menopause Balance Complex. Uses compounds found in plants called phytoestrogens to ease mood swings, sleeplessness, and hot flashes. Black cohosh is a clinically proven herb that helps relieve hot flashes. Also provides soy isoflavones and flaxseed lignans.
Contains a standardized extract of Black Cohosh, a well researched herb that helps regulate hormonal balance in women during the transitional period of menopause, along with phytoestrogens from Soy Isoflavones and Flaxseed. Similar in structure to human estrogen, soy isoflavones and flaxseed lignans can bind to estrogen receptors, thereby exerting an estrogen-like effect. Also contains proprietary phytoestrogen blend of dong quai, red clover and licorice. No artificial colors, flavors or synthetic preservatives.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

An old remedy for night sweats is nettle tea - and its free to those willing to go and harvest it! Steep about 2 tablespoons of the fresh herb for about 10 minutes in a cup of boiling water, strain and then drink three times a day. you can also buy it from the following website..

Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. Sweating helps the body stay cool. In most cases, it is perfectly natural. People sweat more in warm temperatures, when they exercise, or in response to situations that make them nervous, angry, embarrassed, or afraid.
Excessive sweating occurs without such triggers. Persons with hyperhidrosis appear to have overactive sweat glands. The uncontrollable sweating can lead to significant discomfort, both physical and emotional. When excessive sweating affects the hands, feet, and armpits, it is called primary or focal hyperhidrosis. In most cases, no cause can be found. It seems to run in families.
If the sweating occurs as a result of another medical condition, it is called secondary hyperhidrosis. The sweating may be all over the body or it may be in one area.
In both cases you'll find on this site some good tips to solve your problem: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org
