I have 2 extra rooms but i don't trust too many folks.

When you are first starting out and the rent is so high it makes sense to have a roommate.
But you should find someone who is your religion and shares your same values. A good friend that will carry there share of the bills with out complaining.

My privacy and peace of mind is more important than any dollars I can save by having a roomate.
Different strokes though, some people like having roomates.
