Angle. You need to put a little pressure up top. Start slow, put your hand under her at the bottom of her back so, even though you're on top, you can pull her hips toward you with each pump. Start going a little faster and try to breathe softly into her ear. Lick and suck gently on the earlobe. A little faster. A little harder. With each pump, pull her with the hand under her butt. When she gets close, whisper, "give it to me"...etc.
Something like that...it works for me.

orgasm can only be got to by steady rhythm, if you change pace at the crucial moment its all gone, and you do not pass go and you do not collect £200,
its all very well changing pace, thats fine... until... she starts to get there,
but once its imminent you should pay a little attention, get her to tell you 'when' would help

I all depends on what type of mood the woman is in. Sometimes I like it slow ans sensual and other times I like rough and hard. So it all depends.
