I am someone who cares to much about what people think.?

How can I change this and find out what "I" really like and think. Keeping in mind I hate to have people mad or disappointed with me.

You can't make everyone happy. So when you're deciding your opinion on a subject, don't think of what other people's opinions will be. Think of all the angles of the subject, and your feelings.

don't care about what people think. if they tell u some thing let it go in one ear and come out of the other. lol
