Pronunciation Exactly the same as the English word, 'CASH'. rhyming with 'trash'!

cache as a noun is a place where people hide things, or the things hidden there. You might have a cache of pot in your house somewhere, caches are generally out of sight.
Or you could cache (verb) food in case of nuclear war.

As a verb, it means to save, stow or reserve something.
I.e. - "For fear of it being stolen, I cached my diamond jewelry in a safe."
As a noun, it is means essentially the same thing as "stash" - something hidden or secreted away. I.e. - "The police found a cache of illegal firearms in the defendant's basement."
