Delete history, temporary internet files and cookies.
Go to "tools", then "Internet Options...", and under the "General" tab there should be those options. The cookies should take no time to get rid of, the files may take a long time and the actual history should only take a few seconds.
You can also delete your history by going to the tab to the right of the "favorites" tab on the top of your internet explorer page. Select a day and then the site you want to delete by right-clicking on it. Select "Delete", and then "Yes". It will get rid of only the sites you want to get rid of so that there are no suspicions with other users of your computer.

Do you mean how to erase your Internet history? If so and you have Internet Explorer you can click on tools at the top of the page. Then click Internet options. Then click the clear history button.

install and run; in internet explorer cleaner settings, apart from "temporary internet files", make sure to check the box marked "delete index.dat files". These files will be cleaned when you reboot your pc.
