What are you canvassing about, get involved in civil war in SriLanka. We have enough internal fights going on, it would be additional headache getting involved elsewhere, unless for political reasons.

Only humanitarian aid. No military help will be given by India to Tamils of SriLanka. There is no policy alternative available to India in this regard.

India is not concerned about its' own people, how can they help other countrymen.
Poverty, unemployment, price rice, castism, injustice, criminals involved in politics, suicides are rampant in the country.
At first we should think of these things in India then we should think about Tamils in Sri Lanka. Have they(Govt) ever thought about the Hindus being massacared in Bangladesh, Pakistan and killing of thousands of Indians in Kashmere and elsewhere by the terroists? If the answer is "no", then we shouild never think about others in Sri Lanka.
