fast food and processed food in general has all kinds of crap in it.. The food industry lobbies paid the FDA a lot of money for that junk to be called food. SODA is in no way good for you, either regular or diet, but we keep on drinking it. But you need to calm down and take your lithium you are in a manic phase or something.
